Determine PIU workers, contractors and other parties to attend training sessions; Coordinate with parties to schedule the sessions at a convenient time for all; Allocate appropriate time for each session, considering complexity of topics and need for interactive discussions (usually 1 – 1.5 hours is sufficient).

Secure a suitable venue to accommodate expected participants; Arrange audio-visual equipment; Ensure that venue has reliable internet connectivity, if needed for online resources or presentations.

Send invitations to participants, provide details about the training sessions, include date, time, venue, and agenda; Request participants to confirm attendance to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.

Start session by introducing  objectives and agenda; Present in a clear and concise manner; Encourage participants to ask questions and share experiences; Foster inclusive and respectful learning environment.

Base presentation on templates in following links using information in Project ESMF or ESMP. Ensure materials are engaging, informative, and easy to understand.

Collect feedback from participants to assess effectiveness of training. Use feedback to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments for future sessions.

Establish mechanism for ongoing assistance to facilitate E&S compliance;; Maintain regular communication to address any questions or concerns that may arise after the training sessions.

Make training materials avaiable on CIU Website; Document session details and names of all attendees in Training Register.
